Will the AI say something wrong to my customers?
It is built not to guess. The assistant answers from your own price lists, policies, and systems. When it is not sure, it says so and hands the conversation to your team with the full history attached.
In the early weeks it can run in a draft mode: it writes the reply, a person taps approve. You loosen that only when you trust what you are seeing.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. It replies in the language the customer used, English or Arabic, and switches mid-conversation if the customer does. Arabic responses are reviewed during setup so the tone fits your business, not a textbook.
Where does my customer data live?
In the systems you already own: your booking system, your customer records, your storage. We build the assistant around your stack rather than moving your data into ours, and the setup is designed to comply with UAE data protection law.
Do I need to replace my current systems first?
No. The assistant connects to what you already run: your calendar, your point of sale, even your spreadsheets if that is what you use today. Replacing systems is a separate decision, and usually an unnecessary one.
How long does it take to launch?
A first working assistant typically takes a few weeks, not months. Every engagement starts with a written scope in plain language: what will be built, by when, and for how much, before any commitment.
What happens after launch?
The assistant is supervised, not abandoned. We review the conversations it could not handle, teach it the answers, and tune it month after month. An unmaintained assistant slowly drifts out of date, so launch is treated as the beginning.
