Software for healthcare and medical supply businesses.

Clinics, medical suppliers, and healthcare groups in the UAE run on enquiries, catalogues, appointments, and paperwork. Most of it still moves by hand.

01 / The problems we hear

What usually brings someone to us.

Enquiries arrive faster than anyone can answer

Patients and procurement officers both expect a reply in minutes. After hours, both go to whoever answers first, which is usually not you.

The catalogue lives in PDFs

Medical suppliers carry deep ranges that only exist as attachments and price lists, invisible to any buyer a salesperson has not personally visited.

Patient data raises real questions

Anything touching patient information has to satisfy UAE data protection law, which rules out most off-the-shelf chatbots straight away.

Arabic is treated as an afterthought

A patient who writes in Arabic and waits longer for a reply notices, and draws a conclusion about the practice.

02 / What we build

What actually gets built.

Structured product and service catalogues

Ranges organised the way buyers and procurement teams actually search, with enquiry routing that carries the product context into the request.

Bilingual enquiry assistants

WhatsApp assistants that answer common questions in Arabic and English, take booking requests, and hand to a human the moment judgment is needed.

Appointment and enquiry workflows

Requests captured, routed, and recorded in the systems you already use, rather than retyped from a phone message into a spreadsheet.

Internal systems

Custom software for the operational work behind the clinic or supply business: stock, orders, service records, reporting.

03 / Example workflow

An enquiry, end to end

A procurement officer finds a specific analyzer on your catalogue at 9pm and submits an enquiry. The request arrives with the product already identified, so nobody has to ask what they are asking about. If they message on WhatsApp instead, the assistant answers what it can from your own documented information, captures the rest, and passes it to your team with the full history attached. Nothing about a patient or a customer is guessed at, and anything the assistant is unsure of waits for a person.

04 / Proof

Al Abbar Medical Group

A Dubai medical and scientific supply group operating since 1979, whose catalogue and partner brands lived in PDFs and sales visits. We built a structured B2B catalogue site around how procurement actually searches.

05 / What changes

What you get out of it.

  • Buyers can find your range without a sales visit
  • Enquiries arrive already qualified by product or service
  • Arabic and English handled from the start, not bolted on
  • Patient and customer data stays in systems you own
  • Someone stays responsible for it after launch
